Expiration of class packages
Class packages have a deadline of 6 months to complete from the time they are contracted. If the student has not completed all the contracted classes in that period of time, they will expire and cannot be recovered.

Wait time
In case the student is late, the teacher will wait up to 15 minutes, which will be deducted from the 55 minutes of the total class. After the maximum 15 minutes of waiting, the teacher reserves the right to cancel said class. In such a case, the class will be considered completed and discounted from the contracted class package.

The student may cancel the class up to 24 hours before it and must notify the teacher through WhatsApp or telephone. If the student cancels the class after the period of time indicated above or does not show up for the class, it will be considered completed and deducted from the contracted package of hours.
Out of consideration for the teacher, the same class cannot be canceled more than twice. If the student wanted to cancel that class a third time, it would be considered completed and deducted from the contracted package of hours.
